Summary: We stayed for 2 months in this house. We liked the house. Nice layout for us. Easy to keep clean. Convenient location. Everything we needed in the kitchen. We cooked 95% of our meals. Full size stove and fridge. The kitchen is small, but close to the dining table which was an excellent food prep surface. We found the beds comfortable. Possible cons, irrelevant to us: If you need the 3rd bedroom, you must go through another bedroom to enter it. There is a bathtub, but you can only use it as a shower. Cons: Leash laws are not observed in the neighborhood. Loud cat fights every night. 3 or 4 dogs roamed through daily and twice as many cats. Not a good yard for dogs. No fenced area available and lots of fleas. The fleas were hard on our little 5 lb dogs, however, my sister visited frequently with her larger dog, and they didn’t affect him. Our dogs had flea and tick pills, but maybe their bodyweight prevents a large enough dose to repel large numbers of fleas.
